"The Dells" Finally a new pastel.

This little pastel was fun to paint. I don't usually work from

someone else's photo, but my mother lent me her picture from

their trip to the Dells. I liked the play of light against shadows

on the rock. The violets, oranges and greens worked together

to give a sunny feeling.
